Second week without sugar, except sugars from fruits or stevia. The chocolate pudding is DELICIOUS! Sugar-free :) One brick of soft tofu- 5 or 6 dates (previously soaked for 30 minutes in water)(if you forget its fine but they get more tender once they’re soaked) half a palette of Baker chocolat - 2 tbs of coconut butter. Mix those 2 ingrédients in a pot and make it melt for maybe 2 minutes, then blend it with the dates and tofu. That’s it, it take 5 minutes. I add some salt, we can add cinnamon or cardamomo, cream cheese, cocoa butter… -- source link
