It had a good flavor, but it was full of little bones that made it really hard and time-consuming to eat. 6/10, I am too American for this dish. The Advanced Chinese Technique is to be the kind of person who can just put the entire thing into your mouth and spit out the bones once you’re done. I am, unfortunately, not nearly as skilled, so I also don’t like small bones. I’m fine with larger bones, though. -- source link
