She dreams of destroying everything, and doesn’t separate herself from that whole. Suicide is too unimpressive, too personal, it would get her hands dirty. If Jay Moriarty dies, it’s in a display of fire, and all of London burning down around her; cleansing the streets, as she laughs like satan from the flame. But instead it’s quiet, and Sebastienne barely hears the shot, sound so frail it’s carried away by the wind atop St Bart’s.Sebastienne remembers Jay beneath the sick yellow light of a safe house bathroom, scrawling some formula across the mirror. She stops briefly, sits on the floor, a hand to her head and black eyes blank, still. It’s the first time Sebastienne sees the gun.Sebastienne opens her mouth to ask, but just as Jay moves again, numbers flowing, and she bites the interruption, assumes it must be nothing. -- source link
