Industrial, raw, dark.This month’s collab comes out a bit late, since both Sundays and I have had some serious computer issues. I should say tho, that this month IS ALL SUNDAYS! I have been crying over school and work and life, and she has done basically all the work (which is so outstanding by the way, this is our best set ever) and at the same time been an amazing and supportive friend. I adore you @sundays-sims, I don’t know what I would do without you. Some important things to note: This is an apartment, BUT it is built as a normal lot, so you can place it wherever you like. This build is not functional.The only pay cc you need is this wire looking fence, that is from @aggressivekittys brutalism set. There are some cc for this lot that is under early access still, like one or two items by hel-studio. I have linked them normally in the cc-links. They are amazing and you should download them, but they are not necessary to make the lot work. CC you need to download.
