For the past year it has felt like I haven’t slept. Chaos, gloom and shadow have disrupted even my dreamstate. I’m tired. I’m choosing to move from a mindset where resting is seen as lazy or weak to a heart space where resting is allowing me the time and space I need to refuel. I have recently moved across country back to the west coast so I can now receive the care I deserve while choosing to do so in the sun’s light of truth.
