stripedroseandsketchpads:“My Regan counsels well.”Finally got around to drawing Regan and Cornwall, the power (hungry) couple of King Lear in my opinion. I can’t find it now for some reason but @dukeofbookingham wrote a really phenomenal essay (post?) about their relationship and why they’re awesome and it kind of perfectly explains why I find them both so compelling. I’m sure it’s in the King Lear tag somewhere and I’m gonna look again and put a link to it here if I succeed in locating it because it’s more eloquent and knowledgable than any summary I could manage :P -- source link
