Puesto de comida cerca del santuario de Difunta Correa, San Juan, 2008.Cemitas are sandwiches served on bread rolls. They originated in Puebla, México but are now widespread. As this stand specialized in bread baked in a wood fire, they presumably make their own rolls. Hot water its available to refill the ubiquitous thermos bottles of mate carried, or so it would seem, by all Argentines on road trips. -- source link
