“M… mom?” James whispered as the lights flickered on in the hall way, “… it’s 6am, what’s going on?” “I want you to wake up baby.” she whispered back, careful not to speak too loud and wake up his brother and sister. "Come down to my room.“ she softly added. "Mom, it’s early… I have to get ready for school, I have a big test today.” he replied, rubbing his eyes as he started to wake up more. “Well, your father’s already gone to work, and I can write you a note for school.” his mother added, with a tone that let him know she was smiling, even though his eyes couldn’t focus on her face quite yet. He glanced over and realized something was off. His gaze followed her body down towards the floor, and he quickly started to realize the only thing she had on was a pair of black leather high heels with a thing black strap over the ankle. “Mom… what… what’s going on?” He asked, his mind cloudy with visuals he couldn’t determine to be real or fantasy. “Just come to my room baby.
