hqcreations:Regrowing CeleryI did this experiment last year and totally forgot to post it! I saved the core of a store-bought celery and rooted in water. (Yup, just water, no other additives). When these delicate roots started appearing, I transfer the celery to grow in a potted container. I’m not sure if it was the temperate or the nature of the plant, but the celery quickly bolted forming flowers and finally seeds! My celery is regrowing but its not putting out roots and I think parts of it are starting to rot from the water. Any idea what I’ve done wrong or can do to fix it? -- source link
