it was raining in Dendrology class today and the TINIEST NEWTS I’VE EVER SEEN were all over the road! You can’t hold them long bc your skin oils hurt their skin but we grabbed a quick shot when I was moving this lil’ one to the grass!! Everyone was looking at their feet for the rest of the class for fear of squishing the precious babies! Luckily, we helped every one safely across the road! (≧◡≦) A boy said we see these a lot in Field Biology, so I can’t wait for next semester! -- source link
