Dry Ingredients ¾ cup gluten free Weatbix crushed or your favourite gluten free grains ¾ cup natural shredded coconut ¼ cup ground flaxseed ¼ cup ground almond Wet Ingredients ¾ cup organic almond butter ¼ in total of cup pure maple syrup and agave syrup Method 1. Add all the dry ingredients in a large bowl 2. Add all the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl and mix with a wooden spoon 3. Pour wet ingredients into a the dry ingredients and mix together 4. Wet hands and Roll into small balls and pure them in the fridge to firm up NOTES: If it’s a little dry, add in a little more almond butter and syrup.
