gaggedfts: Living in the Moment: For those of us with stressful jobs that require a lot of decision making, responsibility and multi-tasking duties…We NEED some ‘down-time’ after these crazy days. Why not try some 'Bondage therapy’? Seriously, Some wonderful tight bondage for an hour or so would be so therapeutic! The ‘multi-tasking’ life that is commonly forced on us is, in itself, the antithesis of the desired ‘Living in the moment’ philosophy. Bondage can be so effective at countering this crazy lifestyle (And fun!)…1. You are no longer in control (Thank You!)2. You can’t do anything…No emails, no phone, no computer (Thank You!)3. You don’t make any decisions - That’s for your captor (Thank You!)It’s needed ‘helpless quiet therapy’ as your mind begins to calm & over time the shit from the day slowly fades away. Eventually, the focus shifts on your bondage & you eventually melt into the ropes as they stimulate the various calming pressure points on the body. The muscles slowly relax as you surrender… It’s you & the subtle ambient sounds around you: The traffic, the fan spinning above and the sounds of birds or people talking outside on the street. When you are released by your kind partner, you realize how calm & euphoric you now feel. Why? Because Bondage is a wonderful method to bring us all back to where we should be most of the time…Living in the moment :) -- source link
