because of who i am as a person ive been so lazy with my page. however here is a kick ass tomato and basil pasta recipe that all U pasta fiends out there will love ⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS: —————– • 500g pasta • 1-2 punnets of cherry tomatoes • garlic to taste (I used 4 cloves) • bunch of fresh basil & parsley • sundried tomato • asparagus • olive oil • vegan butter • lemon juice • almond milk —————- ⠀⠀⠀⠀ METHOD: —————– • In a pan heat up some olive oil. Chop up the tomatoes if desired and add to the hot pan along with garlic and half of the basil bunch. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ • In a small pot boil the asparagus until tender. I cut mine to match the size of the penne pasta. Once it’s cooked add it to the tomatoes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ • At this point, add your pasta to boiling water. While that’s cooking, add the sundried tomatoes along with a bit of the oil from the jar. Add 1 tablespoon of vegan butter and 1/2ish cup of almond milk to the sauce. At this point add the rest of the fresh herbs and lemon juice. ⠀⠀⠀⠀ • Once the pasta has cooked, toss it through the sauce and you’re done! ⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can totally add whatever veggies you want.
