Red Lentil Vegetarian & Vegan RestaurantI am Japanese and I won’t be freaked out of no-meat meal at all, but I am not vegetarian or vegan either.This Indian vegetarian/vegan restaurant is very close to my house, and has a lot of good reviews, so decided to try it out.It was a cold night, ordered Red Lentil Soup and Roasted Beets and Walnut Salad as appetizer. Nirvana Delight. Grilled Tandoori-marinated tofu was very good. Shepherd’s Pie. It was more like, potato pie. Mushed potato base, sweet mushed potato on top!I love potatoes, so this was not a problem. And also Japanese people consume a lot of carbs, but still, I was overwhelmed by potatoes and felt like I should go running in the next morning. Tasted so good so I will go back again, but need to check the ingredients before order food. -- source link
