This time around I wanted to go for a certain look with the lighting and it gave me the chance to experiment with animated light sources, which was pretty fun. It had some weird side-effects with the rendering, but at least it was pretty neat. Going with the single light source really ended up making this one pretty dark, but I still can’t decide if it’s better to have more realistic lighting like this or if I should have had something like an artificial bounce light.One thing is for certain: I should really stop setting up environments like this because it kills my render times.
