On this global day dedicated to giving back, I hope you’ll consider making a gift close to home by supporting the Brooklyn Museum. As one of the world’s most welcoming museums, we want to ensure that everyone has access to the incredible art, big ideas, and community-oriented programs that can only be found here.  Your support makes programs like Target First Saturdays and free admission on Thursday Nights possible. First Saturdays embody the Museum’s commitment to the community as we open our doors to everyone free of charge on the first Saturday of the month with over 100,000 people attending this program throughout the year. Just weeks ago, we opened the Museum for free to the whole community for an entire weekend to share our reinstalled American galleries.  So on this #GivingTuesday, please consider making a fully tax-deductible online gift to the Brooklyn Museum.
