Fraudulent misrepresentation, defamation, advocacy of imminent lawless behavior, threats, yelling fire in a theater, etc. You shouldn’t be able to do these things for the same reasons you shouldn’t be able to own hellfire missiles. Oh, and reporter::firearm is a false analogy. Have some intellectual honestly. Wait, the question is about a reporter, which is journalism, which is obviously protected speech. Which is not only a Trump issue, it’s been done many times under many administrations previously.
