# 5 On the List of 31 Greatest Wrestlers of All TimeThere might not be a more famous wrestler than André the Giant (real name André Roussimoff). At the height of his career, the massive human registered at 7-foot-4, and (at least) 500 pounds. Though André wasn’t overly technical, he was incredibly special. This stemmed from his obvious frame — but also his professionalism and gregarious personality. He was beloved by virtually everyone. Iconic matches with Hulk Hogan during Early WrestleMania events were Earth-shattering in terms of intrigue. There’s also André’s reported drinking exploits. One story had him drinking 156 beers in one sitting. Sadly, Roussimoff passed away in 1993. He was 46 years of age.Came across this photo and thought it was… well… interesting! Not sure why the girls are wearing towels … Maybe they all just finished reading “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy!” Also, wonder what’s going on to the picture’s left out of camera view… some of the girls looked amused… others… wtf?…I had the honor of meeting Andre the Giant once in an arena hallway not long before he died, and he let me put my hand in his…omg! my hand looked like a baby’s hand compared to his! He roared with laughter. He was truly a gentle giant outside of the ring! #31 On the List of the 31 Greatest Wrestlers of All TimeTrish Stratus ranked # 31 on the list but is considered to be the greatest women’s wrestler of all time having won a record-setting seven WWE Women’s Championships. Trish showed a true persona of confidence, athleticism, and unabated sex appeal. Patricia Anne Stratigeas “Trish Stratus,” is a Canadian fitness master, actress, television personality, professional wrestler, and fitness model. After beginning her career as a fitness model, Stratus began working for the World Wrestling Federation, which was later renamed World Wrestling Entertainment. Early in her career, she was mostly involved in sexually themed storylines, such as managing the team T & A, and an affair with Vince McMahon’s Mr. McMahon character. As Stratus spent more time in the ring, her wrestling skills strengthened and her popularity increased. Because of this, she was made a one-time WWE Hardcore Champion, three-time “WWE Babe of the Year” and was proclaimed “Diva of the Decade”. After nearly seven years in the business, Stratus retired from professional wrestling at WWE Unforgiven on September 17, 2006, after winning her record-setting seventh WWE Women’s Championship. In 2011, Stratus was a trainer for WWE Tough Enough. She was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013 as the youngest member in its history. After appearing in the 2018 Women’s Royal Rumble, WWE announced on August 18, 2018, that Stratus will be coming out of retirement for a match at WWE Evolution against Alexa Bliss. I think I’ll be blogging more about Women In Wrestling and even the Martial Arts. Oh! And Kink.com has an “Ultimate Surrender” channel billed as, “COMPETITIVE FEMALE WRESTLING WHERE THE LOSER GETS STRAP-ON PUNISH FUCKED” (their words and caps!) Anyone out there that would like this, please “like this” *giggles* and leave comments and or messages! Love to hear from my peeps! P.S. Almost forgot about the 80′s GLOW and it’s recent Netflix re-boot! -- source link
