I think this is Simone Devon of Harmony and Devonshire. Does anyone know if she was the ‘Devon’ in Devonshire or is it coincidence? Anyway, she makes a very cute little package. The tie is simple and neat. I wish the upper calf and ankle ropes were as tight as the rope around her thighs, though. Anyone agree? -- source link
