Apartamentos, paisaje urbano genérico español, Logroño, La Rioja, 2012.The great construction boom which ended with the 2008 crash gave the newer neighborhoods of Spanish cities, from Leon and La Coruña in the far north to Sevilla and Cadíz in the far south, a very generic aspect. This photo could have been taken in almost any one of the Spanish cities with which I am familiar, though the street trees would change a little. The quality of housing improved greatly, but the aesthetics of the cities were not improved. -- source link
