I can’t believe this whole time I’ve been stirring coconut oil into my coffee when the obviously superior bulletproof method is to blend it in! Now I’m blending freshly French pressed coffee with coconut oil, some kerrygold, local raw honey, and cinnamon! yum! This is the only way to drink coffee now. I am enjoying this way too much, because I want to drink it everyday! -- source link
