books0977: Anita Louise in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” (1935) wearing a spectacular dress of beaded fringe by Max Rée. Anita Louise’s Titania is even worse as she combines the worst attributes of the Good Witch of the North and the Wicked Witch of the East from Oz. She mostly sings her lines with the Good Witch’s voice. She flies (or rather, leaps, swings and prances) about the set with the Wicked Witch’s mannerisms. This includes extended sequences involving the fairy children and Titania. -- source link
