I have annoying skin, and this mask and spot treatment has actually blown me away with its effectiveness. It decreases the size and redness of my blemishes, and also my hyperpigmentation.I use the mask once every-other day, and the spot treatment every night before bed. I keep it on, but beware you might get honey on your pillow.
