rayeda: Flowers, cards and everything people could find in orange were left in front of 221 Broadview Ave. today. People came from all over Toronto to show their respects and shed their tears for the man everyone looked to for hope of changing Canada. Jack Layton not only left behind loving supporters, but an entire nation of followers and admirers, Layton Nation will still continue to go strong. As I went to lay a bouquet of orange flowers in front of the office, I witnessed many people in line, waiting to write something special in a book. Everyone there had something nice to say about him, and had a story to share about him. Jack Layton was not just a politician in Toronto, he was a neighbour and a friend of everyone. Rest in peace Jack Layton, you will surely be missed. -- source link
