This is my Absolute favorite part of flexible dieting. The Tetris meal. What can I throw together at the end of the night to get as close to my daily targets as possible even if it means eating at 10pm . Sometimes it’s actual dinner food. Sometimes it’s candy and a protein shake. I think one time or two I actually ate 3 bowls of cereal for dinner just because I can.
