honeybruh:been on a potato kick lately and came up with this fiesta corn type hash. i hit it with mozzarella when it’s done and eat it with sour cream and chopped green onions.now, if you’re REALLY bout that life (or wanna make a boss-ass brunch dish), you crack two eggs on top when it’s just done, bake it at about 300 for another few minutes until the whites are firm and the yolks are slightly runny, and THEN hit it with mozz and green onions.sc: shawncorycarter -- source link
