{I love me a historic church conversion. This one is by London designer Harriet Holgate, who worked with the bespoke furniture craftmen at Rupert Bevan. The kitchen is the definite stand-out, with a brass island flanked with ash wood trolleys. To bridge the gap between the clean-lined intervention and the traditional interior, the designers developed a richly treated palette of materials ranging from distressed ash wood and patinated brass to polished concrete and burnt/ebonized oak. A glass-fronted cabinet with an arch detail that mimics the architecture serves as storage for special display items.} -- source link
