Coconut Cacao Honey Banana Matcha Ice Cream Ingredients: 2 large ripe bananas 50ml coconut milk Cacao nibs 1 tablespoon matcha powder 1 tablespoon honey Method: Peel and cut the bananas into chunks. Freeze in a bag for a few hours. Put the banana chunks, matcha powder, nibs, honey and coconut milk into a blender and puree. Serve immediately. Can be saved and refrozen (blend before using though as it may set solid) and served with almond flakes. Use maple syrup for a vegan alternative. -- source link
