Korean City Hall called 시청 (she-chung), and the traditional looking building thingy is one of the entrance to the one of the korean palaces called 덕수궁 (duck-sue-goong) near by city hall. Didn’t get inside this palace (you have to pay, but it’s pretty cheap) and it was really hot……..:P -- source link
