I’ve wanted a fancy looking gold color watch for a long time now, and I’d been thinking about getting a smart watch for a while. I like that it tracks my sleep and steps, and it’s been really useful in counseling sessions since the alarms are way more subtle than using my phone. This kind of image (sweater-clad arm + fancy watch band and minimal watch face) just looks so quintessential “professional” in my mind. For some silly reason it makes me feel way more put together and capable when I wear it. Funny how things work like that… So, I got it just in time to start my internship search, since I’m going to need all the confidence boosting I can get.
