These are one of my new favorite, brand new heels. I love them so much, I wore them again today in the office. They don’t look tall, but they are 6" heels and after wearing them for an entire day, they start to hurt your feet. As everyone knows, when I express that to Martin, it makes him want to punish me, and sometimes “complaining” about my feet is intentional and my way of asking for something without saying it. It’s sort like a game. So as I was sitting at my desk, Martin had set up shop in the Playroom where he eventually led me and tied me up. I ended up tied on one of the folding chairs. Elbows crushed, pussy roped, ankles tied to the chair, and my throat tied to my arms which was almost forcing me to tilt my head backward or else I choke myself.
