Learning each day to bend more and more into life. _ I can’t hold a proper handstand yet even if I’ve been practicing for over a year (not always consistently ). _ I am unable to bend my back in that fancy way I see on the Instagram. I actually feel like it’s still quite a long way to get there even if I’ve started using the yoga wheel for help. _ I am not able to even point my feet properly. Not to hold a smile while practicing these poses. Or to do a yoga flow without stopping and readjusting positions. _ I’m not YET able to do these things and hundreds of other things. I’m surely not even half way where I would like to be. But here’s the point - NOT YET. My plan is to be able to do those and many other things and I’m consistently working on it. I will be able one day if I don’t stop. I surely wasn’t able at all to be doing what I’m doing just few years ago. _ You can get anywhere you’re headed for. You just have to be patient and keep on putting effort in. Your effort will show. Your work will pay off.
