Ladies. No weather talks today. Serious talk. Health talk. Because our health is the first most important thing, don’t you agree? We often just use the words ‘health’ and ‘healthy’ when we mean fit or feeling good, more in a wellbeing and lifestyle sense. But #health is so much more. _ I’m 43 this year and I’ve recently had a mammogram and ultrasound breast scans. Everything is fine with me. I’ve shared about it mammography here in Stories the day I had it and it was a big surprise to receive an important feedback from some of you who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and saved by early detection through scans. _ Ladies, I believe it’s so important to talk about it and grow the awareness not just on special occasions but anytime. Prevention is of immense importance and we are lucky to have powerful methods available today. If you’re in your 40s and haven’t scheduled yet your breast scans, do it. And keep the appointments regular every year after you’re 45.
