magicalhometoursandstuff: This plain building in Austin, Texas used to be where western boots were made. The large boot sign is out front, but by looking at the facade you would never believe what it looks like inside, converted to an elegant home. The walls still have the old patina. But, isn’t this absolutely unexpected? It somehow reminds of an old saloon. The kitchen is incredible- look at those walls. This salon looks like it doesn’t match the rest of the house. I like the other part better. The bedroom is elegant, but the walls have the worn look. The bath is very elegant, except for a few things, like the door and old window behind the mirror. The guest room has a loft to accommodate extra people. The outdoor area behind the building doesn’t give away of decor inside- it looks like an old western building. https://www.toptenrealestatedeals.com/weekly-ten-best-home-deals/home/austins-historic-palazzo-lavaca-was-once-capitol-saddlery -- source link
