Cold Brew Coffee Syrup Ingredients: Medium dark coffee (ground medium fine) Water Method: Follow the Cold Brewed Coffee recipe. When you have the cold brew, pour into a saucepan. Gently heat until just simmering. Reduce until about half/third the volume remains remains. Pour into a jar and allow to cool. Seal and refrigerate (can be stored in the fridge for a week). Alternate Method: Follow the Cold Brewed Coffee recipe. When you have the cold brew, pour into a saucepan. Add half coffee volume of sugar. Gently heat until just simmering. Stir to dissolve sugar. Reduce until about half/third the volume remains remains. Pour into a jar and allow to cool. Seal and refrigerate (can be stored in the fridge for a week).
