vegan-in-japan:Soy yogurt (plain, no added sugar) that I’ve been buying a lot recently. I eat it with oats (from Gyomu), banana, (frozen) blueberries and maple syrup for breakfast.I also used it in my pasta salad recipe.I recently learned that this yogurt in the post above contains lactid acid bacteria of animal origin. I’m disappointed in myself for not researching this better because I used to buy this yogurt every week. I now buy soy yogurt by marusan instead which seems to be vegan.
