noonings:Rice with peas, beans, avocado and fishBoil 60 g of rice, a handful peas (frozen is fine) and some chopped green beans in the same pot for 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook a portion of fish (fish fingers for ease) and cut half an avocado into chunks. Drain the rice & veg, arrange in a bowl with the fish and avocado, and serve with soy sauce.
