Once he realises that Slynt is incapable of leading the defense of the Wall, instead of engaging in what wolud be a long (and possibly fruitless) process of convincing him to give up the leadership, he tricks him to leave. And Slynt goes eagerly, cause surely this is the last place, he wants to be. Rarely you see things go this smooth and without the need to knock someone unconscious._On the left, one of the greatest Tyrion’ moments. Having a plan and giving orders from the top is one thing, but stepping up and going out in first line of the attack is another. After all, he IS a dwarf, it does make it more challenging.
