For the Tainted Sorrow (and Corruption) + Thou Shall Not Die[ may contain spoilers ]Most of the fans know how these two abilities work on their own. Tainted Sorrow is gravity manipulation with Corruption being mostly a last resort (with dire consequences). Thou Shall Not Die can heal anyone to perfect health so long as they are half dead and within range.What if we pair these two abilities in combat? Corruption especially?It’s been a speculation of a lot of fans that Corruption eats away at Chuuya’s body due to the sheer power it releases. Man’s usually bleeding all over the place no matter the length of time it’s activated.What if Yosano were to use her ability on Chuuya? Will it reverse all the damage done by Corruption over the years? Can Thou Shall Not Die sustain Chuuya in Corruption so long as Yosano is in range? From her backstory in the manga, we can tell that she can heal even amputated limbs and up to 80 people at once. This was why Mori considered her to be a key figure in his Immortal Battalion(?) project. It is a promising aspect to have Chuuya be able to use Corruption for longer periods of time though both Yosano and Dazai have to be there to ensure that Chuuya wouldn’t be in that state for longer than necessary. Being resurrected too many times just to get back into the battlefield can break a person’s mind. We aren’t even sure how Corruption and Arahabaki affects Chuuya’s mind.Thank you for reading through my ramblings.
