screw it, PIRATE AIZAWA + ADOPTED FAIRY ERI FOR YALL(if you wanna read and suffer thru my ideas for this au (as well as semblances of canon spoilers), read under the cut :D)pirate aizawa is a member of a Good Crew of other pirates led by the infamous nezu who likes to screw with some tyrant authorities and give justice to the unfortunate (they’re basically Pirate Robin Hoods)aizawa has been a part of the crew for more than 15 years and is like one of the responsible and levelheaded members bc He’s Just Like That he lost an eye and a leg during an ambush from an enemy crew as well as a Dear Old Friend and since then, he’s more or less withdrawn with a Cold and Uncaring Heart even tho everybody n their grandma knows that’s not the casehe’s also essentially the Dad of the new batch of crew members (1-A) but he’ll deny it until the day he dieshe was involved in a mission to rescue a captured child from a crew of money-hungry pirates who are hella bad news called the 8 precepts of death led by a ruthless leader dubbed “overhaul”the captured child is actually a fairy!!! and fairies hardly interact w humans so that was a big deal they infiltrate the ship of the 8 precepts and aizawa finds the fairy kid trapped in a cage named eri!!! :D then they wreck shit up on overhaul’s ship, kicked Bad Pirate ass and got tf outta there w a traumatized fairy baby to care for n eventually bring back to where she came fromeri is apparently a fairy who got the short end of the life stick and was a fairy who didn’t have wings and could hardly control her magic (she accidentally made her father disappear when she was a couple years old) so she was essentially abandoned by the other fairies bc they don’t want “dangerous” fairies in their homeshe was wandering the outskirts of her forest when overhaul n co. found her and kidnapped her for her magic and to also make a profit off of her magical tears. yknow, like assholes.w that info, nezu allows her to stay w them until smthing permanent can be arrangedsince it’s aizawa who found her, she gets to stay w him (cUE ANGST N FOUND FAMILY FLUFF)aizawa didn’t enjoy it at first since he can barely take care of himself but eri grew on him the more she learned about human traditions n stuff like dancing, braiding hair, etc (cUE DADZAWA INSTINCTS ACTIVATING)eri quickly became attached to aizawa and aizawa became attached to eri even tho he’ll never say itbc they’re so attached to each other, aizawa is HELLA protective and WILL Fight Anyone who scares her(he lowkey adopts her emotionally but nobodys gonna know that but him)eri likes to wear aizawa’s scarf when it gets cold out bc she was born in a warmer climate so she isn’t used to winter (and grumpy, i-hate-life aizawa sees it as adorable)the other crew members (mainly 1-A, yamada & kayama) like to hang out w her and help her w her magic sometimes as well as spoiling her rotten with new clothes and other cool toysthey don’t talk about their pasts much but when they do, it’s only w each other and afterward they hug each other close w aizawa humming an old sea shanty/lullaby to help her sleepaizawa eventually teaches her how and when to escape during intense situations like ambushes and raids bc he knows he can’t always be there to protect her eri doesn’t like the idea of leaving Her Zawa behind but she knows she has to bc he cares about her n wants her safewhen that kind of situation does happen (a Very Wicked crew (the LOV) coming to fuck shit up), eri REALLY doesn’t wanna leave Her Zawa behind and aizawa tries to convince her and handing her his dagger in case she needs it“eri, it’ll be okay, you’ll be okay.”“but what about you?”“i’ll be fine, i can take these guys easy.”“but…”“i’ll come find you when this is over, okay? i’ll always come find you. be brave for me, alright?”“o-okay…”they get separated but eventually find each other again (there were tears involved and if aizawa teared up a lil at the thought of never seeing eri again? that’s nobodys business but his and eri’s)aizawa goes like “fuck it” n Actually Adopts eri and eri is fine w that bc she now has a good family and a wonderful dadthe end :Di love them so much wtfcuk omgod -- source link
