Thoughts on a Film #648CandymanWayyyyyyy back in the third grade, an unusually large number of my classmates were into horror movies. I remember constant namedropping of many slasher characters, Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, Pinhead, and even Jack Frost. Yes - Jack Frost. Anyway, I can’t recall anyone talking about the Candyman. Even today barely anyone talks about it. Why? I thought he was memorable and legitimately scary. Then again, as bad as Jack Frost probably is (I admit, I haven’t seen it), a killer snowman is hard to forget. Grade: B -- source link
