@steampunk5510 redeemed a role reversal on my husbands #twitch channel @tabetaicooking so I hosted last night and made my first ramen from scratch! This is a style from #Nagoya made with #szechuan spicy ground pork, #shoyu broth, and topped with bean sprouts and red pepper threads. The #ajitsuketamago (marinated eggs) isn’t traditional for this bowl, but I think they’re super tasty with the pork! I really loved learning how to make the noodles and the eggs!
