Today was just one of those days when everything seems softer and prettier than usual. Maybe it’s because we had just the right amount of sun today after three overcast days and all of the plants put on their best clothes. Or maybe it’s because it was just one of those lazy days where I could spend the amount of time I wanted, staring at my garden and my cats. It doesn’t really matter why. It’s just interesting to me how much can change and grow from one day to the next. And yet, some things stay the same, in a nice comfy sort of way, like my nice, soft furry cat rolling around in a sunny patch on the porch. Both the ever-changing garden and the cozy sameness of my pets give me much to be grateful for. These are the things I am going to choose to focus on as I end this day. -- source link
