I had a clingy baby and I remember I used #breastfeeding as an excuse to eat everything (yeno had to keep my milk supply up) –> I was depressed, on anti depressants, just miserable. Second photo is April 2016 –> working out, drinking superfood shake daily, following my meal plan and working out 4-5 days a week. 30-35lbs lost.
