Uncle Aaron’s apartment was a real treat to design. As with all sets this was an extension of the character who inhabits it and had to establish quickly that Aaron is everything Mile’s wants to be. I mean video games, turn tables, giant speakers, swords, junk food, what teenager wouldn’t absolutely love hanging out here? Ultimately, it’s where Miles goes to escape responsibility, and in the end, the only place he can learn it. There was a lot of wonderful concept art when I started this by Neil Ross and Vaughan Ling that helped set the tone and established that wonderful red chesterfield sofa. -- source link
