I remember when I started working out. My first attempt was running, I didn’t do it because I wanted to see results, I did it because it was the only way to attack depression, I needed some motivation to go out and feel good, and that was the best decision I ever made. Then I started going to the gym, and six years later here I am. I love doing what I do, failing, growing, repeating… Sport has given me a lot. It’s a hard and long path, but so worth it!
