anightvaleintern:rubynrags:HEY THERE, TUMBLRI’ve started a Gofundme for a new tablet since my old one has gone to meet Jesus. The tablet I own at the moment was built for beginners, of which I am not, and it’s been on its last leg for about a year. It’s gotten so bad that I need to reinstall the software everytime I use it, and only then will it work a fraction of the time. It’s come to the point that most of my working time is spent trying to keep it alive rather than actually doing artwork.You might be wondering “why don’t you just make art without the tablet?” At the moment, that’s what I’m doing. I’ve been required to use my mouse for coloring drawings on my computer, and it’s a painstaking process. It takes about twice as long with a mouse as it does with a tablet, and the results are noticeably different.The new tablet I have my sights set on is a tad out of my price range, but I have the feeling it’s finally time to get something more suited to the field I’m working in. I would like to buy it, but I can’t as I’m going into college and simply don’t have the fundsIf you donate, you can get all sorts of artwork and nice-smelling thank you letters and stuff like that!
