Isn’t steampunk supposed to be internally consistent? In my experience, steampunk is often based in one specific time period, but sometimes it’s in an entirely different world from ours, in which case it can have a pretty anachronistic mix of styles. Either way, I think that the mix of eras in this image set is just a result of finding the closest thing that the actors have worn, probably. -- source link
