When she was first corrupted and as Honerva we saw her hair over the dress and hood, and it was fairly long. But it has been 10k years, so what if she has Rapunzel hair under there that rivals Allura’s. I mean, this hair here didn’t come out of nowhere, Haggar is the source, and so must surpass it in length.
