Haven’t personally used one, but seems great.I don’t even rinse in the shower! You can find an old jar, put it in and fill with cold water - the blood will come out and settle to the bottom in an hour or two (or a day whatever you like) then pour out, rinse the pad. I do add a little soap then, leave it for 10min, rinse and let dry. Then save it for washing at the end of my cycle. those disposable ones are plastic and gross. This is fabric! i can use about 3-4 per cycle if the quick soap felt like it cleaned it. I want >:(I want these padsLooooove these. Wearing one right now.
